A typical contract lasts around 3-4 months. Remember that every family’s situation is unique, so consider your specific needs and preferences when deciding on the duration of hiring an NCS.
What if I am breastfeeding?
Your NCS will bring your baby to you during times for feeding, they will assist with latching and burping if needed, After completion of breastfeeding your NCS will take over.
How many hours does our NCS or Nanny works?
Our Newborn Care Specialists work a total of 24 hours per day with scheduled breaks which varies based on the specific contract and family's preferences. Nannies work 12 hours per day with an hour break, which is convenient for both the nanny and the family.
How can we best accommodate our NCS or Nanny?
Accommodating your Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) or nanny is essential to ensure a positive working relationship and optimal care. This space should include a comfortable bed, storage for personal belongings, and access to a bathroom. Newborn Care specialists may share a room with newborns and the nanny should have a private living space. Having a dedicated area allows nanny to rest, unwind, and recharge during their off hours each day.
What is the rate for NCS or Nanny?

What expenses do we cover?
Family's are responsible for any travel exepense, toiletries, aswell as meals for their NCS or Live-In Nanny.
